We Schedule the Patient
Our team will contact the patient promptly to schedule an evaluation. Urgent and acute trauma referrals are prioritized for same-week appointments when possible.
Evaluation & Communication
After evaluating your patient, we will send you a detailed consultation report including our findings, recommended treatment plan, and follow-up timeline.

What to Expect
When you refer a patient to our practice, you can expect prompt scheduling, thorough evaluation by our fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeons, and timely communication back to your office. We provide detailed consultation notes and keep you informed throughout the patient's treatment journey.
For urgent and acute trauma cases, we make every effort to see patients within the same week. Please indicate the urgency level when contacting our office so we can prioritize appropriately.
