David Dromsky, MD

Dr. David Dromsky is a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon and U.S. Navy veteran. He completed his OTA-accredited orthopedic trauma fellowship at the USC Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA — a nationally recognized Level 1 academic trauma center — where he received advanced training in pelvic, acetabular, and complex periarticular fracture care.

After fellowship, Dr. Dromsky served as a U.S. Navy orthopedic trauma surgeon, combining military operational experience with elite academic training. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and now practices in San Diego, where he treats the full spectrum of orthopedic injury — from life-threatening high-energy trauma to common fractures.
